Double Bicep Cable Curl
The Double Bicep Cable Curl is a strength exercise on a cable machine for your biceps. Share of the load in the Zulta muscle model: biceps (short head) 33%, biceps (long head) 28% and brachialis 17%.

How to do it
- Set both pulleys of a cable crossover at their highest position and clip a single handle on each.
- Stand in the middle and take one handle in each hand, palms facing up.
- Raise your arms out to the sides until the upper arms are level with your shoulders.
- Curl both handles in toward the sides of your head, keeping the upper arms level.
- Straighten the arms slowly back out to the sides.
Tips
- Keep the elbows at shoulder height the whole set.
- Squeeze at the end as if hitting a front double biceps pose.
Common mistakes
- Letting the elbows drop toward the ribs.
- Leaning forward and pulling with the chest and back.
